With over 15 years in private practice, a faculty role at Bauman College Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts, and training with leaders like Dr. Terry Wahls, Dr. Dale Bredesen, and DeAnna Batdorff, I bring together cutting-edge nutritional science and time-honored holistic practices.

And I walk this path myself. I’ve overcome my own health challenges through food, rhythm, and daily care, and I love helping others do the same.
