When: Saturdays once monthly from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm PT for 3 months!
Here's how it Works: Each month, you'll not only learn new recipes and cooking techniques, but you'll also learn more about how food meets your physiology, and gain more experience in YOUR OWN KITCHEN, prepping and cooking nutrient dense meals.
What Time: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM PT – Cooking Together in the Kitchen
Where: In your own kitchen - Join the class live on Zoom
Why: Because you're worth it! The more comfortable you are in your kitchen, the more preparing nutritious food will become second nature to you, and your vitality will soar!
How: These classes will be recorded so don't sweat it if you can't make it live. Some students love to take it when it's convenient for them.
What else to Expect: Before each class, you'll get an ingredient list, prep-video, recipe handouts, and a nutrition lesson that accompanies the topics and foods that we'll be working with.
This Nutrition Lesson will be pre-recorded, so you have time to absorb the material, come to the session with your questions, and gain an understanding of the food synergy.
