Transformation
Each day you’ll participate in interactive sessions, discover practices and tools to help you move toward your desired goals.
We'll be indoors, outdoors, walking the land, and in the kitchen; learning new ways to connect to your health goals & up-level your commitment to nourishing your best asset ... YOU
Exploration
We'll explore a few natural local wonders with a seaweed safari on our coastal shores and a visit with old growth redwoods.
This weekend falls on Earth Day, and a springtime New Moon - low tide, which will make for an epic adventure.
(weather permitting)
Eat on the Wild Side
Our menu will be curated from the bounty of Sonoma County, focusing on local produce and wildcrafted nutrient dense foods! Enjoy being cooked for during the retreat, and get acquainted with new, wild foods.
We'll cater to your dietary preferences, Whether you’re Paleo, gluten-free, grain-free, or vegetarian, we've got you covered.
Come as you are, with an open mind and heart in a beautiful natural setting, creating an opportunity to plant the seeds of transformation.
We'll be staying in a beautiful West Sonoma County historical farmhouse, just outside of Occidental, my home town for the past 25 years.
Known for its Bohemian culture, lush greenery, towering redwood forests, and gorgeous rocky coastline, West Sonoma County is a magical paradise that allows your wild side to shine through.
In addition to interactive sessions at the farmhouse, we'll explore a few natural wonders, (weather permitting) including an old growth redwood forest, local tide pools for a seaweed safari, and of course, we'll make time to explore Occidental, my hometown!
The vision for this retreat is to come together in person and create an experience of learning and deepening our connection to our healing journey in practice with one another. This retreat will distill some of the core teachings from my work into a condensed form, giving you new tools and inspiration.
We depend on the health and vitality of the earth. It's our right to nourish ourselves with the earth and our own circadian rhythms in mind. We'll connect to living in rhythm when it comes to how we nourish ourselves, and discover the wild medicine growing all around us.
This is exactly what Vitality Live is about.
My take aways from Mary Sheila have gotten me back on track to mindful eating and how easy it is to prepare and do, not to mention the eye-openers about the foods we eat. Really makes me want to choose what serves me best!
