12:30 - 1:00 PM PST: Break - finish lunch and tidy up your kitchen

1:00 - 2:00 PM PST: Ayurvedic Breakdown of Our Plant Allies - Herbs and spices are the oldest forms of plant medicine. Learn how to build healing flavor in your kitchen to rival your medicine cabinet. We'll discuss easy ways to combine plants to support optimal digestion. It's time to spice up your life!

DeAnna inspires people to heal through elemental theory, understanding how the body works, & connecting mind, body, & spirit.

Mary Sheila Gonnella has over 13 years of experience helping people reclaim their health. As a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist and an Ayurvedic educator, she creates a uniquely supportive experience for her clients and students. Her passion makes nutrition concepts come to life, leading her clients to consistently successful outcomes.
