B.O.N.E.S

Your skeleton is not only a storehouse for minerals to keep you upright, but deep within your bones is the birthplace of your red and white blood cells, platelets and stem cells.

You might only think of your bones when it comes to aging, but this dynamic tissue plays numerous roles in your overall health.

A diagnosis of osteopenia or osteoporosis can be scary. As you age, your bone density changes, but how much it changes can depend on many factors, relating to your whole body.

We're excited to share BONES a unique whole body system that will support you and your bones as you age, because maintaining strong bones is so much more than just taking calcium.

You want to use yoga to stimulate bone remodeling and reduce fracture risk ... and you want to make sure you're doing it safely.

You've been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis, and you know there's more to it than just taking calcium.

You want to "eat better" but it's hard to know what to do and where to start!

"With Mary Sheila’s support I’ve deepened my understanding about hormones, digestive health/gut microbiome, the immune system, sleep health, hydration, food allergies, joys of protein (breakfast!!), the brain and nervous system and emotional connection to food……and so much more. She has a gracefulness in her teaching that incorporates information in a nonjudgmental way, always interesting. I’m so glad I realized I needed help.   I’ve been empowered by Mary Sheila to be the healthy person I want to be but had lost sight of.”
