We'll begin the day with a yoga class designed specifically to benefit your bones. Learn safe and supportive techniques for building strong bones with yoga.
We'll be cooking together in real time. You'll learn new delicious recipes and preparation techniques that will keep your food nutrient dense and bone protective.
We'll end the day by diving into the science of what your bones really need, which is more than just calcium, and give you the foundation to nourish your bones with confidence.
