10:00 AM - 12:30 PM PDT: Cooking Together in the Kitchen

12:30 - 1:30 PM PDT: Kitchen Clean Up & Lunch

1:30 - 2:30 PM PDT: Sit back and learn more about the different kinds of ferments, how they interact with your microbiome, and why you need them.
