Mary Beth Ray began studying and practicing yoga in the early 1990s. Teaching since 2009, MB shares the exploration of the many facets of yoga in an accessible manner to help you apply practical insights to your everyday life.
MB is certified as a Yoga for Osteoporosis teacher. In addition, she is a member of International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), a certified holistic Nutrition Consultant, and a Functional Medicine & National Board-Certified Health & Wellness coach.
