Mary Beth Ray began studying and practicing yoga in the early 1990s. Teaching since 2009, MB shares the exploration of the many facets of yoga in an accessible manner to help you apply practical insights to your everyday life.

Square One Yoga is a large studio and we’ll keep the big doors open for air flow. Masks will be optional for attendees. Please do not attend if you have any symptoms or have been exposed.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. There are also mats and yoga props at the studio to use. Please also bring a notebook and pen to take notes. Come dressed in comfortable clothes you can move in.
