Certified Yoga for Osteoporosis Teacher & Wellness Coach

MBR has been practicing yoga since the early 90s and teaching since 2009.  She shares the many facets of yoga in an accessible manner and, as a holistic nutritionist and a Functional Medicine and National, Board-Certified, Health & Wellness coach, she helps you understand your bones, nourish your bones, build stronger bones, and not fear your bones, so you can enjoy a long life of mobility and independence.

Practicing with Mary Beth, you will hone a more graceful engagement with your everyday life.
