Learn and absorb the weekly B.O.N.E.S. lessons by watching, reading, and listening to modules at your own pace with the ability to refer to these lessons again and again as you like. Plus, download detailed handouts, bone healthy meal plans, and delicious recipes to inspire you in the kitchen.

Gather Live Weekly

Sundays from 10am to 12pm Pacific, we gather live online to practice Yoga for Vital Bones & discuss that week's module. We'll answer your questions and support you in applying the lessons of each pillar to meet your health goals. (Class recordings will be posted to the course platform.)

Empowered Action

Beginning with a self-assessment, you'll target this course to your unique needs and work with the instructors' expert guidance in nourishing your bones. Empower yourself to move forward with confidence that you can support your bones throughout every age with nutrition and yoga.
